In order to secure your booking a 20% non refundable deposit of the total cost of the tour must be paid at least ten working days before the date of the tour.
The remaining 80% balance may be paid in cash to the guide on the day of the tour.
Where the guest will not be waiting at the agreed pick-up location at the agreed time it will be assumed as a no-show and no refund will be given.

All tours are accompanied by official Malta Tourism Authority Guides and Maltaguidedtours reserves the right to send any licensed tourist guide to conduct the tours. The licence will be worn throughout the length of the tour.
Maltaguidedtours cannot be held responsible should any of the sites be closed for reasons such as religious functions, restoration etc.
In the unlikely event of Maltaguidedtours cancelling a tour because of weather conditions, closed roads etc, the client may choose between, following another route, taking the tour on another day or getting a full refund.
The guests are responsible for their belongings while on tour. Maltaguidedtours, the guide or the bus company will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen items.
Some tours might be physically demanding. It is up to the guest to choose the right tour for him/her and the guide cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries.
Where transport is required, Maltaguidedtours will only hire vehicles that are licensed for commercial use, fully insured and the chauffeur will be licensed by the Malta Transport Authority to drive such a vehicle.
